Here’s Why These Documents Are So Important
A Health Care Power of Attorney allows you to appoint who you want to make medical decisions on your behalf if you’re unable to make those decisions for yourself due to incapacity.

Once we receive your information, our office will prepare your documents and schedule a time for you to come to our office so we can notarize and deliver your documents.
Protecting the health of you and our staff is our top priority. We are following CDC guidelines. All client signings will be scheduled to ensure only one client is in the office at a time and with enough time to disinfect the workspaces between visits.
